- Golf privileges at the Torreon Golf Club, ranked in Golfweek's 2020 Best Residential Golf Courses in the U.S. (Cabin #82, Tower #137) (restrictions apply)
- Full member access to the Torreon Grille, Fitness Center, Family Center, Pool and Hot Tub
- Complimentary dinner (1) in the Torreon Grille (doesn't include alcohol or gratuity)
- Explore Arizona's White Mountains and miles of hiking and biking with access to the Sitgreaves National Forest and boating and fishing with close proximity to Fools Hollow Lake
- HD TV and complimentary WiFi access
Conditions
- Guests are responsible for all purchases at Torreon not included in stay
- Payment required at time of reservation
- Must cancel 21 days prior to stay for a refund. Inside 21 days will receive 50% refund, inside 7 days, no refund
- Torreon Discovery Visit is intended for those interested in purchasing property within Torreon
- Real Estate/Community/Membership tour will be scheduled prior to privileges being issued
- Minimum of a 2 night stay, maximum 4 night stay
- Maximum number of guests is 2 per bedroom
- Participants are invited guests of Torreon Golf Club and may not bring guests
- Torreon Retreat is NOT pet friendly
