Donation Requests

Giving back to the communities in which we live, work and play is deeply rooted in our company culture and we take pride in our continued support of non-profit organizations.

While we are happy to review all requests made, filling out this form does not guarantee that a donation will be made. Donations are made at the sole discretion of Torreon Golf Club, it's management and ownership.

Requests must be made at least 30 days prior to the event to be considered. All donation requests will be reviewed within two weeks. The organization requesting the donation will be contacted by email, regardless of whether or not the request is approved.

Please note that donations are made in the form of rounds of golf and are based on availability. Some restrictions may apply.

To have your donation considered, please email correspondence and supporting documentation to General Manager, Ryan Lanzen at rwl@torreon.com Please DO NOT call or come to the club/office without an appointment. Donations are only considered via email submission.

As much as we would like to, unfortunately we cannot accommodate all requests. Regardless of whether we can support your event, we do with your event much success.
