Golf Memberships

THE PRIVILEGES OF TORREON MEMBERSHIP.

Torreon Golf Club offers three levels of membership. With the purchase of property within the community, the buyer receives an Association Membership. This allows the owner access to the dining facilities as well as all other Club amenities, excluding the golf facilities.

The Golf Membership with a current initiation fee of $20,000 provides all privileges included with the Association Membership, plus access to Torreon's two championship courses.

The Unit Membership with a current initiation fee of $40,000 expands the Golf Membership in that it allows the owner of record to designate membership privileges to another party while they are in residence. Unit Memberships are limited in number and only available to owners in specific neighborhoods within the community.

The designation of privileges is subject to policies as determined by the Torreon Golf Club Membership Plan.
