The Golf Villas II provides the perfect getaway retreat offering a welcome variety of lifestyle options and all the social & recreational benefits of membership in the Torreon Golf Club.
Now, in addition to our popular Aspen and Birch Villa homes, we are excited to introduce the new “Cottage” two-story floor plan. Cottage owners will enjoy the neighborhood ambiance offered by a raised front porch that presents sweeping views of the tree-line and far-away mountain ranges. Our largest plan, the Cottage features 1,636 square feet of livable space with 2 master suite bedrooms (one on the main floor!) and a spacious upstairs den or 3rd bedroom option. In addition to the two generous en-suite baths, there is also a downstairs powder room for added convenience.
Like our other Villa homes, the Cottage offers a spacious great room floor plan, a stoned corner fireplace with flat-screen niche above and a generous sized dining room. New to the Cottage plan, we’ve designed a large, granite topped kitchen-island the entire family will enjoy gathering around. The Cottage homes are detached for extra privacy and include a separately detached, one-car garage that affords convenience and storage for all the toys a casual mountain lifestyle requires!

Seasonal residents may want to consider an upgrade to a Torreon Unit Golf Membership. For a short time, limited quantities are available in a few select neighborhoods. This option allows partners or guests to enjoy full golf and amenity privileges while in residence, for a nominal membership transfer fee.
